I have two strings to my bow: I can operate as a traditional Finance Director, embedding robust financial management and financial governance across businesses to optimise cashflow, profit and shareholder value; and I can also operate in corporate finance environments (I'm a former EY Corporate Finance Director), leading the end-to-end M&A lifecycle including post M&A integration for deals up to £250M in value. 

I am happy working in these areas in isolation but if you put the two together, I have a flair for assisting organisations in high growth and volatile situations where acquisitive growth is necessary but financial stewardship is critical to protect this growth.

Although I am an Accountant by trade, my skills transcend finance and stretch into general business operations. I have led numerous business change initiatives and I am able to provide extensive input into general business strategy and developing robust operational capability.
